or should i say a one day eating trip to malacca... haha.... i kept eating so many things in malacca....
we ate chop chong wah chicken rice ball for lunch, snacked on ondeh ondeh, ate ice cream, ate cheese wedges from kfc, ate durian cendol, the highlight of the trip (for me personally la) "dip dip" not forgetting the largest bao i ever saw... "ye zi mei bao" aka amy yip bao.... wahaha.... u can just imagine the size of it.....
i actually dreamt about "dip dip" last week.... wahaha.... dreaming about food.... but i dunno why leh.... i just dreamt about it, i craved for it.... i remember when i was young and whenever my parents brought me there to eat.... i wasn't able to fully appreciate the taste of it coz it was too spicy for me.... so i had to wash off whatever satay sauce on it before i eat the sticks and sticks of food.... but not anymore.... haha.... i enjoyed it so much that i ate a total of 19 sticks of ingredients that included quails egg, pork, liver, kang kong, wanton, fish ball, prawns etc etc.... wahaha.... but i did not manage to catch up with my sister's bf who ate 35 sticks.... will try again next time..... see whether i can break his record.... wahaha....
it was a fun trip.... as i was the youngest in the group, i had an excuse to "yang oh" my parents and elder sis.... haha... why not make use of the chance right.... if not no other chance le.... esp if faye is around or the 2 piggies at home... haha.... so ya.... i even joked with my sis that i wanted a floating balloon early in the morning at the petro station when i saw some balloons.... she also bought me ring pop so that i could relive my childhood days.... haha.... it's fun to be the youngest in the family.... can get so many things.... hehe...
but the funniest thing was, at night, at the night market along jonker street.... my sis bought me a floating balloon..... wahaha... so be careful for what u wish for ar... i named it tako....
haha... i believe i was the oldest customer of that balloon stall that day or maybe ever... hahaha.... the other customers of the stall were like 1/3 of my height.... made me look like a big baby.... so old still want to play with balloon.... so i had to hold the balloon in the air all the way as we walked through the night market.... we even joked that should anyone of us get lost, just look for tako, and you will find me... haha.... but it was still fun.... how many people can get a floating balloon all the way from malacca only for RM3?? it's very cheap... too bad tako "died" by the time i woke up.... now it just takes up more of my floor space.... hahaha....anyway, that's all for now... supposed to be studying for calculus test tml.... most likely i will flunk it.... i dun have the mood to do anything related to calculus... no matter how hard i try, i just cannot do well....
left to right: cindy, wanying, zhi hao, j lo, me, karene, say wai and now photographer - andrewhehe.... yeah... had such a great time eating steamboat at tian tian huo guo with the gang... was really bloated halfway through.... we kept ordering so much food that we had to resort to playing zhong ji mi ma and cai quan to "force" one another to finish up all the food.... and we did!! haha... with the help of hungry felix who came to the rescue later....
me and wanying found a great place to buy practically anything from our childhood games to to dice to practice for IRs... haha.... we are not going to disclose where this shop is.... like what wanying said... we have forged a bond with the uncle there... after he saw through our motive of buying j lo's present.... hahahaha....
