i ganna trick again.....once again, i was the
only girl at the so called gathering......
rui yee was supposed to come, but couldn't make it last minute...... so i was stuck with about
8 guys at
vila'ge at heeren for
over 2 hours..... where 70% of the time, they were talking about
NS!!!! ok la..... once in a while they tried to talk about other subjects.... but some way or another, it will still go back to army life......
even so, i thank the guys for explaining some army stuff to me when i am totally clueless about NS...... also thanks for telling me all those funny and sometimes shocking stories and experiences that you guys have had........
(",) next time, whenever they say have gathering, the first question i will ask would be.....
"girls, who confirm going??"according to the guys, last time it used to be
rui yee who was the only girl who would turn up for the gatherings..... but now, i take over the role le...... this happened
2 out of the 3 recent gatherings i went to...... let's see if i will be the only girl for the next gathering, which will most likely be end of the year......
i was thinking, i am still in contact with my primary school friends..... with all these gatherings being organised once in a while...... and all of us are still able to talk and talk and talk non stop for hours, about life during primary school, after primary school as well as what to expect after NS (for the guys la...)
but in terms of my secondary school classmates..... i must say that i am not as close to them as compared to my primary school friends..... the only people i am close to from secondary school are my choir pals..... and i have never been in the same class as them b4...... it is just that all of us had the same passion for singing..... i remember, during sec 4, during recess time, i hardly eat with my classmates, i would always go to
jieting's class and talk with her and
claressa, then
puisze and
holly would usually make their way there as well.....
for poly friends.... i am still close to them.... mainly becoz almost all of us have been in the same class b4, we know each other relatively well.... friends like
karin,
ryna,
winnie,
yuling,
jessica,
kailing,
huiting,
sabrina,
charlene,
wanying,
huiping,
tricia,
isabel, zahira etc...... so once in a while, i would try to meet them and chat with them on msn..... to see what have they been up to and how are they doing...... i believe we will stay in contact for a long long while after all the projects we have gone through together.........
feeling terrible now..... but dun think i would be able to rest much.... coz i need to read up on my biz law materials...... sian ar.... i have become a mugger...... and it is only the 4th week of school...... but still
SMU ROCKS!~!~!~ becoz of the
